With 2017 almost half way through, it’s a good time to ask yourself why you aren’t where you wanted to be by now. According to research, nearly 80 percent of people who make New Year resolutions will fail to see them through. Don’t be a statistic- Be a Champion! It begins by acknowledging you are ready for change and make an investment in your own wellness by working together with me as your personal health coach and we will go on this journey to success together! Here are five reasons why you need a health coach now to make changes that last a lifetime.

  1. If you could do it by yourself, you would have. Having a health coach who focuses on you and what works with your schedule and family is so powerful. A health coach will give you guidance, expertise, motivation, support, and be that accountability partner who truly cares about you getting results.

  2. You are worth it! You can’t put a price on your health and if you are like me and most other adults, you need to be healthy and strong to continue doing all that you do for the important people in your life.

  3. Break down your long term goals into smaller SMART goals that you can achieve, celebrate, reward yourself, and keep climbing until you reach your ultimate goal.

  4. Retrain your brain! How you think has more to do with accomplishing your health goals than you know. I can help you shift your negative beliefs and self-talk to those that are more positive and truthful. It’s life changing!

  5. Overcome obstacles! Become aware and acknowledge the obstacles that continue to hold you back and learn how to overcome them.
