My program focuses on what to add to your current lifestyle to get you on track for healthier living- not restricting.
This simple systematic approach introduces healthy lifestyle choices through a step-by-step process that assesses individual health goals and introduces health concepts and lifestyle changes. This is done through an online course that you can access on an app on your smartphone along with bi-weekly live group coaching on Zoom Video!
