Meal and snack prep

Pick one or two nights a week to meal prep! Plan ahead for each day or for a roadtrip by preparing meals and snacks in healthy plasticware or ziplocks. I use my small insulated lunch bag with a cold pack for daily use and our six pack bag for long days or events. Just grab what you need, pack, and go!

We use pre-packaged Advocare Meal Replacement Shakes, bars, a shaker bottle, fresh cut up fruit and or veggies, nuts, and water. When you are prepared and eating every 2-3 hours you are less likely to stop for fast food. Try it out and comment how it went.
