10 Tips to Avoid Gaining Weight This Holiday Season

Drink water with lemon when you wake up. Drink 1/2 your weight in oz. of water per day (Ex: you weigh 180= drink 90 ounces of water)

Eat every 3-4 hours (that’s about 5-6 small meals a day)
Plan ahead and pre-pack meals the night before (protein/vegetables/complex carb)
