10 Tips to Avoid Gaining Weight This Holiday Season

  • Drink water with lemon when you wake up. Drink 1/2 your weight in oz. of water per day (Ex: you weigh 180= drink 90 ounces of water)

  • Take an Advocare Spark for extra energy needed & keep up your workout

  • Eat every 3-4 hours (that’s about 5-6 small meals a day)

  • Plan ahead and pre-pack meals the night before (protein/vegetables/complex carb)

  • Drink warm herbal teas with meals

  • Bring a healthy dish to potlucks so you have at least one healthy choice

  • It’s okay to say “No Thank You!” to unhealthy foods. Don’t feel guilty! Feel empowered!

  • If you want a cookie have 1 cookie, but only if you aren’t going to beat yourself up over it.
